Maj. Gen. Mark A. Brilakis, commanding general, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, addresses Marines with 3rd Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, 3rd MarDiv., June 16. The purpose of Brilakis’ visit was to thank Camp Fuji Marines for their participation in Operation Tomodachi and to observe the battalion’s preparations for the Artillery Relocation Training Program 2011 at the East Fuji Maneuver Area.
