Army Reserve soldiers of the 4224th United States Army Hospital watch as Lt. Col. Michael Morris, a native of Omaha, Neb., who is a surgeon at the 4224th USAH in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, conduct a focal abdominal assessment for trauma by using ultrasonic technology during Exercise Red Dragon 2011. The Red Dragon exercise began as a small exercise in 2000, which involved only a few hundred soldiers.
