British army Maj. Taylor Fox, commander of the 216th Royal Artillery, talks about similarities between the British territorial army and the South Dakota National Guard with Capt. Chad Wika, training officer with the Headquarters, Headquarters Battery, 147th Field Artillery, Watertown, June 6. Fox is one of two British officers participating in the British Officer Exchange Program, who will accompany Wika and other SDNG officers for the next ten days on daily missions. Due to flooding of the Missouri River, this exchange program included insight into the SDNG's state activation duty process.
