Hubert Tregou, commanding general, French School of Artillery, (left) salute members of the Legion of Honor during an inspection of troops at the Rhone American National Cemetery during a Memorial Day ceremony in Draguignan, France. During the ceremony, Locklear laid a wreath and gave a speech to honor the 861 Americans, most of whom lost their lives in the liberation of southern France in August 1944 and are buried at the cemetery.
