Todd Wilson, company first sergeant, Military Police Company, Headquarters Battalion, 4th Marine Division blocks strikes after receiving a direct spray (level 1) of Oleoresin Capsicum to the eyes during the non-lethal weapons training of African Lion 2011. African Lion is an annually-scheduled, bilateral U.S. and Moroccan sponsored exercise designed to improve interoperability and mutual understanding of each nation’s tactics, techniques and procedures.
