US, Japanese responders make history

Japanese police with the Okinawa Prefecture police diving unit secure Justin Evers, a mock casualty, to a back brace for extraction during emergency response training on Torii Station April 27. The exercise was conducted by local and national emergency response services and U.S. military units on Okinawa to train and respond to an aircraft crash.
