Andrew Gainey, 1st Bn., 7th FA Regt., 2nd HBCT commander and Command Sgt. Maj. William Bauer, unit command sergeant major, both of whom are deployed to Iraq in support of Operation New Dawn, the award commemorates the partnership between the Wildcats and the "First Lightning" Battalion.
