Roosevelt Hosts Deployment Easter Egg Hunt

Paul Brooks, senior chief culinary specialist, serves Easter dinner to the crew aboard Arleigh-Burke class guided-missile destroyer USS Roosevelt. Roosevelt’s First Class Petty Officers’ Association organized an Easter holiday celebration for the crew, which also included an Easter Sunrise worship service on the ship’s flight deck and an Easter egg hunt throughout the main deck. Roosevelt is homeported out of Mayport, Fla., and is supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
