During an non-commissioned officer symposium on base, Sgt. Maj. Ronald L. Green, sergeant major for U.S. Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa, speaks to a class of foreign military officers and staff NCOs from countries participating in Black Sea Rotational Force 11 to coordinate and prepare for NCO Academies that are slated for the deployment. BSRF-11’s NCO Academy is a core group of Marines from the rank of corporal to first sergeant that will travel throughout the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions to work with Eastern European nations to exchange ideas, knowledge and develop the culture and skills of the NCO corps in participating nations.
