The dinner was the first stop for the Wounded Warriors during Operation Proper Exit. Operation Proper Exit is sponsored by the United Services Organization allowing wounded Troops and Veterans to retrace the last steps they took before being injured. Bradford, a native of Petersburg, Va., who continues to serve with the 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marines, suffered injuries in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2007.
