A simulated casualty is evacuated during a mass casualty evacuation training drill conducted by U.S. Marines and Armed Forces of the Philippines personnel here April 13 during Exercise Balikatan 2011. The drill was a part of a live-fire demonstration conducted for distinguished visitors. Balikatan 2011 is an annual bilateral training exercise between the AFP and U.S. military to maintain operational readiness and strengthen the U.S.-Philippine relationship.
