Students at an elementary school here simulate flossing as airmen during a dental assistance exercise. More than 400 students received fluoride treatments, floss and a toothbrush Thursday. More than 2,600 Salvadorans were treated during the 10-day dental assistance exercise. The exercise was part of Beyond the Horizon 2011, a 4-month-long, joint service training exercise to bring humanitarian assistance to the people of El Salvador.
