Army Chief Warrant Officer 2 William Adams, 410th Expeditionary Sustainment Command human resources technician, opens a shipment of mail, April 12, that was incorrectly labeled and sent to downtown Baghdad instead of the Joint Military Mail Terminal on the Victory Base Complex. The mail truck was inspected for improvised explosive devices after it came through the main gate, and Air Force emergency managers scanned for chemical and radiological contamination before the mail was distributed.
