Soldiers of 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, from Fort Hood, Texas react to enemy fire, March 14, in Baqubah, Iraq. Soldiers with Company B, 5th Battalion, 20th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, from Fort Lewis Wash., and Soldiers of 3rd BCT, 1st Cav. Div., conducted the operation together. It was the first operation for the Stryker unit since arriving in Baqubah, March 13. The Stryker battalion was moved to Baqubah to reinforce recent successes by the 3rd BCT, 1st Cav.
