Dr. Betsy Stringer, a wildlife veterinarian from North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine, hands a Kemos Ridley turtle to Petty Officer 1st Class Nicholas Riccardi for him to return the turtle to the Gulf Stream off the coast of North Carolina, March 24, 2011.
