Petty Class 1st Class Jose Hurtado, machinist's mate of Bridgeport, Texas, and assigned to Nuclear Regional Maintenance Department, Kings Bay Ga., performs a post sortie assessment on the exterior of a helicopter assigned to Helicopter Antisubmarine Squadron 14. These efforts are being conducted at Misawa Air Base to ensure the safety of the crew members and their environment as humanitarian relief missions continue to fly from Naval Air Facility Misawa in support of Operation Tomodachi.
