Adal Ismail, director of health for Ninewa province, cuts the ribbon commemorating the official opening of Al Quba Medical Clinic, Feb. 14, 2011. The clinic, funded by the U.S., is the first and only medical clinic in the village. Tom Baker, right, an officer in the Forward Engineering Support Team-Advanced, a part of the Reconstruction Cell at U.S. Division-North, attended the event to witness the completion of the project. Baker worked with local Iraqi government officials to complete the project for approximately 2,400 people who reside in Al Quba.
