Service members with the Combined Joint-Civic Military Operations Task Force distribute toys Feb. 9, 2011, during a visit to the Ban Louk Rak Orphanage in Khon Kaen. The soldiers were in Thailand for Exercise Cobra Gold 2011, a regularly scheduled multination training exercise with seven participating nations. Nearly 14,000 military personnel, about 7,200 of them American troops, will participate in this year's exercise.
