The final set-up of the 83rd Civil Support Team's tents used for briefings and decontaminations during an external evaluation at a parking lot in downtown Helena, Mont., on the evening of Feb. 8, 2011. The 83rd CST performed their 18-month evaluation to confirm their readiness for real-world events concerning the handling and assessment of hazardous materials.
