Steven McCoy, from Albuquerque, N.M., with C Company, 1st Battalion, 200th Infantry is assisted by a fellow soldier while washing oleoresin capsicum spray, a riot control agent, off his eyes during nonlethal weapons training at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Ind., Feb 4. Soldiers going through nonlethal weapons training are sprayed in the eyes with OC spray and then have to run through a series of tasks, teaching them to function despite the debilitating nature of the spray.
