U.S Army Sgt. Bernard Pigao (left), a CH-47 crew chief from Mililani, Hawaii, and U.S. Army Sgt. Fred Dona, a CH-47 flight engineer from Honolulu, Hawaii, both with Company B, 1st Battalion, 171st Aviation Regiment, “hang loose” as they go through the chow line at the clamshell on Bagram Air Field here Feb. 2. The Co. B Soldiers attended the dinner at the clamshell when Hawaii Army National Guard commander, U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Gary Hara, visited along with other Guard and Reserve leadership. BAF was their first stop during their visit to Afghanistan to check on how their Soldiers are doing.
