Sgt. Anthony M. Mullen, an assault amphibious vehicle recovery chief with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, is a native of Ellabell, Georgia. He enlisted in the Marine Corps in September, 2011 after graduating from Northview High School. Mullen is currently supporting Exercise Talisman Saber 17 aboard the USS Ashland (LSD 48), July 18, 2017. Talisman Saber is a biennial exercise designed to improve the interoperability between Australian and U.S. forces.
