Canadian Army Capt. Leah Sherriff, chief of current operations for Task Force Kandahar, placed third, with a time of 3 hours, 48 minutes and 19 seconds, in the women's category of the Honolulu Marathon shadow run on Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, Dec. 12. The 43rd Sustainment Brigade, from Fort Carson, Colo., hosted the run. This was the second Honolulu Marathon shadow run held in Afghanistan.
