With the assistance of a young student from the new boy's school in Mushahidah, Iraq, Capt. Adrian Spevak, the Co. B, 2nd Bn., 8th Cav. Regt. commander and a native of Allentown, Pa., cuts the ribbon during the ribbon cutting ceremony held Jan. 15. Along with the ceremonies held at the three new schools, the Soldiers delivered notebooks and staplers to the students.
