U.S. Ambassador to Qatar Joseph LeBaron, center, and Area Support Group – Qatar Commander Col. Maxine C. Girard, prepare to serve a Florida Army National Guard soldier his Thanksgiving meal Nov. 25 at the camp. The ambassador and other group leadership served more than 1,200 people during the few-hour meal. The meal included the traditional roasted turkey and cornbread dressing as well as other items, including lobster tails, prime rib and shrimp cocktails.
