Col. Ronald Place, the Fort Knox Medical Department Activity commander, Sgt. 1st Class Stanley Horn, an operation noncommissioned officer with the 3rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), and Command Sgt. Maj. Leon Archer, the Fort Knox Medical Department Activity senior noncommissioned officer, acknowledge Horn’s retirement from active duty military service during a ceremony Nov. 23 at the Fort Knox Leader’s Club.
