U.S. Navy Reserve Constructionman Nickolas Neumeyer, of Fort Lewis, Wash., steel worker, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 18, performs ground guide for a Front End Loader transporting a jersery-barrier to its final destination at the Russian Silo Combat Outpost, Afghanistan. The COP is the future site of a 10 mega watt power plant intended to power the western side of Kandahar, Afghanistan. Neumeyer is deployed to Kandahar Air Field, Afghanistan.
