Maj. Gen. Kenneth S. Dowd, 1st Theater Sustainment Command commanding general, thanks soldiers with the 326th Financial Management Company for their year of service in an end-of-tour awards ceremony on Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Nov. 11.
