Crewmembers from the Coast Guard Cutter Rush and the HH-65 rescue helicopter stand with the family aboard the Rush after they were rescued more than 2,300 miles south of the Hawaiian Islands Nov. 6. The family had been missing more than five days on the open ocean before being located by the New Zealand Air Force and rescued by the Rush.
