Staff Sgt. Reginald Graham, A Troop, 6th Squadron, 9th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division (center), a native of Columbia, S.C., and Command Sgt. Maj. Paul Thompson, 6-9th Cav. command sergeant major, a native of Middleburg Heights, Ohio, serve Thanksgiving Dinner to Soldiers during Forward Operating Base Normandy's Thanksgiving celebration Thursday. Graham was shot in the chest by a sniper Monday (Nov. 20, 2006). The bullet barely caught his body armor, hitting the top of the protective plate.
