Four Department of Border Enforcement workers train to lift an injured victim onto a stretcher at the Shaiba Training Center Oct. 13 while United States Division-South officials observe the training. USD-S soldiers provided training equipment and facilitated several months of discussions between the Iraqi army and DBE to conduct the course for the DBE workers.
