Louisiana National Guardsman Staff Sgt. Darren E. Toups of the 2225th Multi-Role Bridge Company, 205th Engineer Battalion, teaches proper commands and techniques involved with Zodiac inflatable rafts to Army ROTC cadets from Tulane University in Lacombe, La., Oct. 2. The cadets, representing the Orleans Battalion, will be competing at the Army ROTC Ranger Challenge competition at Fort Benning, Ga.
