Command Sgt. Maj. James Sims, from the 3d ESC’s 49th Quartermaster Group at Fort Lee, Va., served as the guest speaker for the 3d ESC’s NCO Induction Ceremony, Sept. 30, at the Patton Museum’s Abrams Auditorium. Sims spoke about the need for NCOs to be competent, yet compassionate leaders who enforce Army standards.
