Paratroopers with the 82nd Airborne Division stand in formation at a Fort Bragg, N.C., drop zone to receive German jump wings after jumping from a German aircraft with German jumpmasters. The static-line jumps, part of Operation Federal Eagle, occur every fall when jumpmasters from Germany’s 31st Airborne Brigade visit for the event.
