Matthew Ruedi (far left), commander for the 15th Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd BCT, congratulate sergeants from the 15th BSB after being inducted into the Non-Commissioned Officer Corps during the 15th BSB's NCO Induction Ceremony in the Club Hood Ballroom on Fort Hood Oct. 7. The ceremony acts as a 'Rite of Passage' for the new sergeants. Each inductee was given a framed certificate with the NCO Charge printed on it and a copy of the Army NCO Guide.
