The most senior non-commissioned officers of United States Forces-Iraq gather at Al Faw Palace, Oct. 5, to verify that NCO leadership has a clear understanding of operating picture as the command prepares to head into the the last year of operations in Iraq. Command Sgt. Maj. Arthur L. Coleman, Jr., the senior enlisted advisor to the deputy commanding general for operations and III Corps command sergeant major, hosted the conference to enhance the teamwork between the senior NCOs and to share lessons learned.
