An Iraqi army soldier looks on as an interpreter working with coalition forces attempts to empty a water barrel. Coalition forces found suspected terrorist propaganda inside the water barrell during a raid in the home of an alleged insurgent Oct. 14 in the neighborhood of Tahreer in Mosul.
