On Oct. 25 Cpl. Iverson Allen, 21, a machine gunner with Security Company, Combat Logistics Battalion 1, 1st Marine Logistics Group (Forward), and a native of Chesterfield, Va., inspects his gear before in an escort mission in Al Anbar Province. Marines with military occupational specialties ranging from infantrymen to landing support specialists, provide security for re-supply and explosive ordinance disposal missions.
