An inmate at Khark Prison near Baghdad rubs prayer beads while waiting for members of the Rusafa Emergency Response Team to finish their searches of inmate living areas during "Operation Clean Sweep,” Sept. 23, 2010. The search was an opportunity for members of the 105th Military Police Battalion and the International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance to advise the Iraqis on their search techniques and procedures. The searches netted sharpened toothbrushes, cell phone parts, and razorblades, among other prohibited items. The Iraqi Ministry of Justice took over operation of the prison in August.
