Tech Sgt. Ken Bedrin uses an auto-level to verify grade requirements on the “Patio” project. Behind one of the administration buildings at the Rygge Air Base, the old patio had poor drainage and was not large enough to host summertime events. Working with Norwegian Military Academy cadets, the 145th Civil Engineers rebuilt the patio to make it more spacious and usable.
