Spc. Brooke Glatt of Bismarck, N.D., teaches members of the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo how to evaluate a casualty. Glatt, a member of the 814th Army Medical Support Company based in Bismarck, is in the DRC as part of MEDFLAG 10, a joint military training exercise between the U.S. military and FARDC soldiers to enhance emergency response capabilities in the region.
