Minister of Justice and Human Rights for the Democratic Republic of Congo, Luzolo Bambi, reviews troops of the Armed Forces of the DRC prior to the opening ceremonies for MEDFLAG 10 in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, Sept. 6.
