Comandante Comando Naval del Pacifico Capt. Carlos Antonio Lainfiesta Soto makes the opening remarks at a graduation ceremony for Fuerza Especial Naval sailors who completed a two-week training course with sailors from the Maritime Civil Affairs and Security Training command. The MCAST mobile training team taught small boat operations, such as formations and high value asset escorts, to the FEN as part of an ongoing partnership between the U.S. and Guatemala to help police and maintain international waters.
