Sgt. Maj. of the Marine Corps Carlton Kent talks to Marines from 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward) and 1st Marine Logistics Group (Forward) during a town hall meeting at Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan, Aug. 19. The sergeant major and Commandant of the Marine Corps Gen. James T. Conway answered questions and concerns of several junior Marines during the meeting, addressing things like chow, barracks amenities and promotions. This was just one of several town hall meetings over two and a half days travelling across southern Afghanistan to all of the major units under Regional Command Southwest
