Prior to attending the Muqdadiya city council meeting, members of the 2nd Squadron, 9th Cavalry, 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Task Force Lightning inspect a suspicious vehicle and question the driver. The vehicle did not yield anything suspicious and the driver was permitted to continue.
