The Adjutant General of the Louisiana National Guard, Maj. Gen. Bennett C. Landreneau, passes the battalion colors of the 527th Engineer Battalion to the incoming commander, Lt. Col. Willard B. Conley, during an official Change of Command ceremony on the parade field at Jackson Barracks, Aug. 7. This marked the first Change of Command ceremony to be held at Jackson Barracks since the installation was renovated after Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
