    Petty Officer 2nd Class Nicholas Omeara, fire controlman, teaches room entry techniques to members of the Philippine Coast Guard aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Chung-Hoon during Maritime Interdiction Operation training off the coast of Cagayan de Oro, Philippines.
