Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii - Crew members from the 535th Airlift Squadron verify their cargo and C-17 Globemaster III are ready for takeoff so they may conduct an air drop as part of the Rim of the Pacific exercise while at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, June 24. This is the 22nd year of the biennial exercise and it stresses interoperability of more than 14 partner nations as a key element of regional stability.
