Nancy Brown, MNF-I Deputy Chief of Staff, Communication and Information Systems, cut a ribbon commemorating the significance of a new communications system developed by Soldiers and civilians with the 54th Sig. Bn. The new system will allow more efficient communication to travel between commanding officers in the International Zone with those at Camp Victory.
