Lt. Col. Marc Kelly of Deville, La., and Command Sgt. Maj. William Migues of New Iberia, La., uncase the colors of the 199th Brigade Support Battalion, as the headquarters section assumed the mission in Iraq as the garrison command of the Victory Base Complex in Baghdad, Iraq. Mobilized in January as part of the 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, the Alexandria, La., unit arrived in Iraq in March, and has been working alongside the outgoing garrison command, the 561st Regional Support Group, of Omaha, Neb., to prepare for their mission while deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Kelly is now serving as the deputy commander and Migues as the senior enlisted advisor for the garrison mission.
